“Ceas-A-Mill Records is an independent record label out of Yakima, WA. In 2007 super producer J.Prado aka JP had made a connection wit local rapper Cesar Mungia aka 2ceas from Wapato, WA. They started recording in Jps studio known as the hotbox. As time past they relocated their studio to Yakima, WA and are still were recording songs daily. In addition to them two joining Ceas-A-Mill, 2ceas met Rico Sandoval aka Suave in his hometown Wapato, WA. and decided to take him under his wing and together the 3 dropped 2ceas first mixtape Set It Off. Followed by Suave’s first mixtape What It Izz in the process of pushing those mixtapes they recorded 2ceas next mixtape Set It Off 2. Which they promoted well doing shows all over the NW from Forks, Portland, Seattle and much more. As well as doing shows they met rappers Troubled Mind and Retro and decided to bring them in the label and start working on new projects for them as well. 2012 came along and they dropped their own independent shirt line called Grizzly Fur Wear which was sold at various stores in Yakima, WA and the Sunnyside, WA Mall. Well the label was in the studio working on future projects, writing and recordings, others thought that Ceas A Mill had fallen off. The year is now 2013, they are currently working on new mixtapes, new singles for itunes which will include collabs with H-Town rapper Lucky Luciano, San Jose rapper Durrty D from Rockboi Ent, New York rapper Bezells, and other few projects under the label that will be gettin spins on radio stations sickswagger radio, nga radio and more. 2Ceas aka Cesar M. Munguia was born on June 10th, 1984 in Toppenish, WA, and raised in Wapato, WA. His interest and love for music came at a very young age, as a young boy he watched and learned from his father who was also a musician from the late 80’s through the 90’s. Unlike his father who played Spanish music, 2Ceas choose hip-hop music to vent and express his everyday struggles. Like many others 2Ceas started out reciting rhymes to friends and family, and not long after found himself recording music with childhood friend Tony Zepeda. Though their venture was brief and short, 2Ceas decided to start a new chapter in his career by forming his own group called Product Of Society which members included: AYSLO, and younger brother P. Money. In the spring of 2003 they went on to record their first project which was titled “WE THUGS FOR LIFE”. Although it would be their first and last project together, 2Ceas’s perseverance and hunger for success would not go astray.
In the fall of 2006, 2Ceas befriended and went into business with super producer Jesus Prado aka J.Prado, who was well known for his engineering, and outstanding production. In the meanwhile 2Ceas was already establishing a bond with another local artist by the name of Suave Loc. Shortly after collaborating on their first 2 tracks together, 2ceas took it upon himself to introduce Suave to J.Prado in hopes of forming a business alliance and in the spring of ’07 Ceas-A-Mill Records was formed. In the year 2010 they organized a tour which included over 20 independent shows that stretched from Seattle WA., Portland Oregon, more. Members include: J.Prado, 2ceas, Suave Loc, Troubled Mind, Retro and The Grizzkid.
